Is WebSphere MQ cretified for FIPS or any other standards ?

Given that WMQ is a transport protocol which is blind to content, how would FIPS (or similar) be relevant?

Considerations such as HIPPA may apply to how the product is configured to meet these needs and require the use of (for example) AMS.
