All,

I am having trouble identifying the platforms that AMS is supported on. We have an environment where we run Windows, Unix (AIX/Solaris)/Linux, zOS, iSeries, Tandem NSK and OpenVMS. We are at the current MQSeries Levels on each platform. Beyond the distributed systems, I cannot find any documentation on other supported platforms. Does any one have this information or point me in the right direction to find it?

Any help is appreciated

After visiting the AMS Infocenter I can tell you only distributed platforms are supported.

Tibor,

Thank you for your response

The link you provided is for the AMS for distributed. I would expect that only distributed would be supported. What is interesting is, if you look in the left panel, you will see AMS for zOS, but not the other platforms.

The lack of a product listed is not enough. I am looking for something definitive that says it is not supported on these platforms.

WebSpere MQ for z/OS is a separate product from WebSphere MQ (omitting 'for z/OS') indicates that the product is for midrange Windows, UNIX flavors.

The URL itemized both WebSphere MQ Advanced Message Security and WebSphere Advanced Message Security for z/OS.
