Hi All,
We are getting the below error from the past 3 days, while getting this error channels are not starting any more after doing some analysis we found that our monitoring agent(ITM6) is using very high CPU and are exhausting TCP IP ports, Does any one know how to fix this issue.
AMQ9248: The program could not bind to a TCP/IP socket.
EXPLANATION:
The attempt to bind to socket 'abcd.xzy.1234(0)' failed with return code
98. The failing TCP/IP call was 'bind'. The most likely cause of this problem
is incorrect configuration of the TCP/IP local address or incorrect start and
end port parameters.
ACTION:
Contact the system administrator. If the problem persists save any generated
output files and use either the WMQ Support site:

Is all your software up to date at the current version and maintenance for both the monitoring tool and WMQ?
What version of monitoring tool, WMQ and OS? |

Yes all the software are up to date, below are the version details
MQ Version 7.0.1.8
MQ Monitoring Agent Version 07.01.01.00
OS : Linux 5.5 |
