I am trying to install MB software and I am unable to install the WMB toolkit. it is giving error message to see the log file but log file is not getting created

The error message is

Error during "install" phase:
Error executing "C:\Program Files\IBM\WMBT800\wmbt\vcredist_x86_2010sp1.exe" operation (status=5100).
See agent output log for more information: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\Installation Manager\logs\native\20140201_2313.log

My desktop is Windows xp professional SP 2and I am trying to install WMB toolkit 8.0.0.3.

on the same desktop I am able to install WMB 8.0.0.3 previously but after reinstalling OS not it is giving error.

I googled with error and i got the results saying user doesnot have permissions but the user i logged in has administrator rights.

Please help me what to do.

Is WMB 8 supported on Windows XP?

Have you checked the IBM site to see?
If IBM says No to XP and V8 then you are out of luck and you will have to use a supported OS.
