Where are you getting the 2035 ReasonCode? Are you running some kind of application program?
What does all access mean? What access did you grant? To whom? What userid are you logged on with? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Turn on authority event messages and look at the messages generated with MO71 or MS0P. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

If your MQ version is v7.1+ you can find the ACL related errors in the queue manager's AMQERR0*.LOG files, e.g.

Host(xxxxxx) Installation(Installation1)
VRMF(7.1.0.2) QMgr(TEST)
AMQ8077: Entity 'testusr ' has insufficient authority to access object
'TESTQ'.
EXPLANATION:
The specified entity is not authorized to access the required object. The
following requested permissions are unauthorized: put
ACTION:
Ensure that the correct level of authority has been set for this entity against
the required object, or ensure that the entity is a member of a privileged
group.
