Hi all,

I would like to define a MRM structure containing the MsgId field (MQBYTE24).
The standard we use is to import a Cobol Copybook to define each mrm structure.

My question is : How could I define the field MsgId to be binary ? In the cobol copybook, the field seems to be defines as a string ...

For sure I could modify it manually in the MRM, but I would like to just import a cobol copybook...

If someone has an idea ...
Thanks

I am not a COBOL expert, but I think you should be able to use something like ..

Code:

10 MSG-ID  PIC X(48) BINARY.
