Not exactly knowing the cause of the problem for the scenerio as follows

An application is putting an XMLNSC message(along with MQRFH2(its domain is set to xmlnsc),jms) to the message flow(Webservice call) which is in DMZ .
Input queue parser is XMLNSC ( not validating the input ) .
when the request is sent to the flow , am not getting any response from the service. only the payload & soap request to the service are being updated in the logs and not the response(either of these -failure msg/input msg/fault msg). I have trace files before requesting the service but i could not find anything in it .
eventviewer & Trace file couldnt help me to find out whats going wrong .

what might be the problem ?
anything wrong with the inout msg coming from the application?
