Location: US: west coast, almost. Otherwise, enroute.
Only one of the SDR channels will successfully start. Why? Because the message channel agent MQOPENs the xmitq MQOO_INPUT_EXCLUSIVE. Subsequent attempts to start the other channel will fail.
