Is it just me or the MQ infocenter web pages are not working?

i tried v 7.5, 7.1, 7.0 none of them seem to be working.

The 7.5 works for me, but the 7.1 and 7.0 ones come up Page Not Found.

Even I have been trying for the past 6 hrs..Doesn't seem to be working at lot..Hope they resolve asap

It looks like they are in the process of being moved from publib servers to pic.dhe servers...
