I need some clarifications regarding an automatic reprocessing design..Please do the needful..

In my design there are two failure queues :- Network Failure queue and Business Failure queue.

Messages fall into Network failure queue when there is network/connectivity failure between Middleware and Database

Messages fall into Business failure queue when there is business failures like Foreign key constraints violations and etc,. in Database.

The requirement is when messages fall into Network failure queues ,they should be automatically processed when the network/connectivity is up between Middleware and Database.

Also,when messages fall into business failure queues,during some scenarios when the business failures can be fixed at Database end,the messages have to be automatically processed at Middleware end.

Please just some ways and means to implement this scenario of automatic processing.
