Hi,

I am running the sample trigger monitor "runmqtrm.exe".

I want to stop it using "amqsstop -m qmgrname -p (pid)"

But how do I get the ProcessId?

Using the command "runqmtrm -m qmgr -a"

I get a long list ... and searching that list, I find the desired PID ...

Isn't there an easier way to find out the PID of runmqtrm.exe?

Kind regards
Peter

You could define it as a queue manager service, in which case the STOPARG would be (-m +QMNAME+ -p +MQ_SERVER_PID+)

Not sure if the place-holders will work from the command line as I've never tried it.

EDIT: Duplicate deleted (not sure why it did that).

Exerc is right. But using this in the mqsc command line you need single quotes ('......').
