could you please let me know the difference between keep Alive interval and disconnect interval properties of channels..

One is for keeping alive the other is for killing
Keep Alive periodically sends packets on the TCP connection between MCAs to ensure that TCP doesn't drop the connection due to inactivity and that the partner MCA is still there. It also provide early detection of problems with channel connections.
Disconnect Interval is higher level logic that gracefully ends a running channel if there have been no MQ messages transported over the channel within the specified time interval.
Using the default values is generally OK. _________________ Glenn |
