Hi I am a begineer in WMB and toying hard to learn and evolve better , So my question may sound silly javascript:emoticon('').. Please help..
My Question:-

1. What is the use of the OutputRoot.properties and how and where can we use it and how can it help us ? Please explain me in detail ..

It's the output copy of the Properties folder.

You can use in in any node which can reference the Properties folder, you use it when you need to override the default settings. Propagating credentials is a common use.
