What commands were you using?
What version of Broker are you using. Don't try this on 7.0.0.0. Got to the latest fixPack.
Did you 'run as administrator' when creating the broker? _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Broker versions have FOUR numbers.
eg
7.0.0.5
7.0.0 means nothing really.
What does the output from the 'mqsilist' command say? _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Hi Anil,
You can right click the Message Broker Toolkit Icon and click "Run as Administrator" and click Run in the Prompt box after that. After that you can create the local broker. I believe it will work after that. Once give a try.
