Do not use very old versions of MQ v7.0.1. Use fixpack level v7.0.1.9 or v7.0.1.10.

Apply a fixpack ASAP. No point in trying to diagnose a fault on product code that is years old and 10 fixpacks behind.

MQ was rebased at v7.0.1.3 and no older version should be installed as the base version. In all cases then apply a recent fixpack after installation.

If your problem is a product defect then it will almost certainly be fixed in these fixpacks.
