Is any way to stop a message flow programmatically

Yes, It is possible to stop the message flow programatically by sending a rquest message to SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE queue in proper format. Please see following thread for more details,

Another way is to send PCF message to MQ Command Server to "get inhibit" the Input Queue for the Message Flow.
After a few retries it'll be stopped.
