Hi, does the performance gets effected if we create multiple brokers in V8.

or is it advisable to create execution groups under a broker,

plz let me know.

It's not even remotely that simple.

Every broker needs a unique queue manager.

Location: Somewhere over the Rainbow this side of Never-never land.
On any given system there is an optimum number of brokers and execution groups.
Only an exhaustive amount of testing will allow you to determine what that mix is.

It really depends upon your workload mix. That is unique to YOU.

The side effect of all this testing is that you will really start to understand that many of the 'bottlenecks' are not in Broker itself but in other things such as remote DB connections, file system speed especially to a SAN etc etc.
