This link explains what these FDC (FFST) files are, and how to go about determining what they mean:

But in most cases seeing an FDC file means opening a PMR with IBM and providing them the FDC files along with supporting logs and a proper problem and environment description.

Including FDCs, 'runmqras' command generates the files/folders with necessary information that would be required by PMR team to analyse the facts and issue in the system. Following link can be referred. (suggested by IBM Software Group)
