Does Mapping node in V8 try to cache data when it processes a request for the first time?We are seeing an odd behavior where it takes long time to process for the first request(after fresh deployment) and for every subsequent request the processing speed is much faster.

Put Trace node before and after the mapping node.

Code:
Root:
${Root}
===
LocalEnvironment:
${LocalEnvironment}
===
Environment:
${Environment}
===
ExceptionList:
${ExceptionList}
===
${CURRENT_TIMESTAMP}
=======================

Publish the results here. Make sure each Trace node points to a unique file.

The v8 map node is compiled at first use, and this compiled map is cached until flow redeploy or EG restart.

If you need this behavior to change, open a PMR.
