hi All,
I am going to do the sample of ISO message. For converting the message i need your support.
After applying the fixpack 2, there exist a new Message Format ISO 8583 in sample.
How to create the DFDL for the ISO 8583. or different ISO formats.
Do we have to define the template or it is already available in the toolkit.
it means when i select the DFDL message model which option i have to choose, for the ISO transformation.[/b] |

The 'New message model' wizard does not have an option for ISO8583. But you can easily import the ISO8583 sample, and modify the xsds according to your needs.
Note that there is a known issue with the sample xsds ( they assume that the secondary bitmap will always be included ). If that matters to you, post again and I can assist with a solution. |

There will be toolkit fix available very soon. You need to
a) Open a PMR
b) request toolkit iFix IC92204.
c) Include a reference to this thread
Please do not forget c). If you do, you may find yourself waiting a long time for your fix
In the mean time, you can continue to develop with the sample. The required changes are very small, and only affect messages which omit the secondary bitmap. |
