Hi people

I have a flow which is receiving an MQ message.
In ESQL we are modifying the MQMD and adding an MQRFH2 header with Format MQSTR.

In a later Compute Node, after copying the headers and performing transformation, I am doing a PROPAGATE DELETE NONE and have noticed that the MQRFH2.Format is being cleared. I was under the impression that the DELETE NONE was supposed to prevent clearing of OutputRoot.

Is this expected behaviour?

A colleague answered my question.

PROPAGATE DELETE NONE FINALISE NONE will prevent the header values being overridden by the Properties tree.

Although ESQL may require the alternate spelling "FINALIZE".
