Hi,
I have used always Subclipse with WMB Toolkits. Before installation check out core Eclipse version from the Toolkit and find out the vesrion of the svn repository you are connecting.

TortoiseSVN interacts with the desktop/os.
Subclipse interacts with the Eclipse workspace. |

I know this is a bit off topic but it is a shame that the Eclipse version used by Broker (Tooklit) is so old that you can't seem to get a decent git client for it. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Broker v8 Toolkit is Eclipse 3.6, which is not "that old".
It's certainly not Juno, but it's not Eclipse 3.1 either. |

I worked on WMB6.1 and WMB7 , it works fine with SVN...
Just do one thing:
1. copy all files from 'features' and 'plugins' folder on SVN Directory
2. Put these files into 'features' and 'plugins' on WMB8 directory ( for Broker 7, it's C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70\ ) respectively.
3. Then open WMBToolkit
4. When you try to import project then you can see SVN option...
Hope this should work for you on WMB8. |

Didn't have to go through any hoops like that...
Just had to install subclipse the regular way. However if you have multiple users you may want to check how you install it. Otherwise you may have to install for each user.
Have fun _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Sometimes SVN Installation does not configure with WMB properly... in that case we can use this approach.. |
