We have WMB toolkit. MBE, and Broker on 8001 level.
Can toolkit and MBE be upgraded to 8002 while Broker stays on 8001?
Will this combination work?

Only in so far as any functionality introduced in 8.0.0.2 used in a flow will prevent the flow being deployed. What reason do you have for not upgrading the runtime? Or at least applying the maintenance and not taking the new functionality?

broker on Linux/unix is maintained by other admin group.
developers responsible for individual toolkit.

what will not work if toolkit is upgraded?
