Hi Guru's,
I am implementing MQ and for inbound integration pls kindly let me suggest where exactly we can set persistent parameter and Maximum Number of Channels parameter in MQ.
Kindly send me the valuable inputs,

I strongly recommend that you search here or google using search keywords like 'mq maximum channels' and 'mq persistence'.

Echoing the comment of my worthy associate, I offer these possibly valuable inputs:
- there isn't a persistence "parameter" so you can't set it. Persistence is a message property not a software parameter
- the maximum number of channels is a parameter of the WMQ object that owns the channels
- if you need to ask questions this basic, implementing MQ will be a long and painful road resulting in whoever pays your salary asking why it's taking so long and working so badly. Push back now on whoever's given you this task & point out you need training and/or mentoring.
