All,

Currently, I have booked 5 conference rooms for sessions plus 2 rooms for the included breakfast and lunch and 1 room for the vendor area. As of today, I have enough speakers to run 3 sessions at the same time. So, I have the 5 rooms configured as 2 large rooms (2 combined) and 1 regular room. As I get more speakers, I will breakout one of the combined rooms into 2 regular rooms.

Right now, I am going with the room setup with "Classroom 3 per 8" which means 3 people per 8 foot table. I hate it when you go to a conference and you have no room for your laptop or iPad or book. Hence, with this setup, each regular room can hold a max. of 50 people.

I am looking for more speakers for Capitalware's MQ Technical Conference v2.0.1.3.

I will offer you the conference fee for free and we will also pay for your room at Kalahari.

My goal is to have EVERY session done twice. That way, if attendees want to see 2 sessions that are at the same time, then they will get a second chance to see the one they missed.
