Hi,
we are using message Broker v6.1, we need to provide start/stop message flow access only...no need to Deploy access to users..i am aware of View,Full,Deploly access..could you please let me know how can i provide message flows start/stop access to users...

Not for much longer in a supported environment unless you're paying money...

AFAIK you can't limit that through the Toolkit. You could provide controlled access to the stop/start commands using the OS facilities depending on where your flows are running.
