We do have license for MQ Server on Linix X86-64

Not sure why but it's difficult to find download link for version 7.5 even going through passport advantage. On the other hand, trial version links are readily available.

Is it ok to use trial version as real one to upgrade from version 6 to 7.5?

You have to discuss this with your IBM software sales representative.

If you personally can't find the download in passport advantage, then likely your site technical contact has not authorized your ibm login to access it.

Talk to your manager.

You need to check your license entitlement and/or your registration on Passport Advantage. Your IBM Account rep can help with this, and also obtain the media you need if it comes to that.
