One of the two full repositories were deleted improperty. The other repositories sill think it exists. How can I remove that deleted full repository from the cluster? I can't do a reset cluster because the qmtype is (REPOS)... but I can't change its QM Type because it doesn't exist.

Delete the whole cluster, in order.

That is, unshare all queues, then allow remove the PRs by removing the clusrcvrs. then demote the frs.

Then create a new cluster.

Verify that no channel exists to it from any other full repository. If they still have a channel to the nonexistent FR, first uncluster that channel, then delete it. Then there is of course the RESET cluster command to remove any reference to the defunct qmgr and its queues from any repository (full first then partial)
