Where can I find a sample Dead Letter Queue Handler for OS/390.
The Application Program Guide advertises one but it is not for OS/390.

As of MQ 5.2 there is a utility (CSQUDLQH) that handles messages on the
dead-letter queue. It is described in the MQSeries for OS/390 System
Administration Guide. A sample rules table is provided there as well.

For version 2.1 and earlier, I've written a DLQ Handler. It is available through Xephon - see MQUpdate March (or Arpil) issue.
