Hi all,
I've Message Flow which includes WS consumer subflow.
I've 100 UserIds in input message. I need to call WS subflow based for some of the UserIDs.
I've configured thee WSDL to SOAPRequest node. I've compute node before Subflow in which I'm making a decision on whether to propagate to subflow or not.
Now, how do I pass the UserId to WS subflow??

You configure the Security Profile to allow propagation.

You then configure the Policy and Policy Sets to support inserting the ID into the correct place based on the requirements of the Web Service you are consuming.

It is not clear that you are knowledgeable enough to accomplish either of those tasks, nor in the correct job role (those are both *administrative* tasks). So I suggest you consult with more senior people on your project team or with your Broker Admins.
