How to set up a triggering if I have need following set up
(1) trigger level is 10, every 10 record will trigger the program. This is no issue and easily being set.
(2) the trigger level is 10, what happhen if the message may not be up to 10 for a long time. I want the trigger program can work after a certain period of time even though the trigger level no reach, where to set, the queue manager or the queues
pls advise

Nowhere, it can't be done natively within the queue manager. It could be done with a scheduled task, but that sort of defeats the object of triggering - you might as well forget triggering in that case and just use job scheduling. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |
