Dear Team,

What LOCK will do in /var/mqsi/registry?

why lock files will be created in MB?

Can any one tell plz? bcoz i surfed in net but i did not get enough info.

To stop multiple copies of the same broker from running.

Enough info for what purpose?

It's a lock file. It's there to allow two things to know that the other thing is using something.

It's like the lock on the bathroom door. You lock it behind you so nobody walks in.
