I can run the Keytool command on server
keytool -list -v -keystore <path>.truststore -storepass pwd
and get a listing of all items in the truststore

each item is identified by alias name only.

My users have available a .crt filename - we do not know how to correlate the alias names in the Keytool -List listing with the .crt filenames which the users have available. Can Keytool -List be parameterized to result in .crt filenames being displayed?

Don't correlate on the alias, correlate on the distinguished name.
