Hi
According to one of the MB 8 new features, we can "Use the deployable sub flow in more than one message flow application so that when you change the sub flow and redeploy it, all your message flow applications use the updated sub flow"
But, after re-deploying the sub flow (modified). The applications which are already deployed are not using the modified sub flow
could some one suggest me, if they have already seen such a scenario
Thanks
Cheers!!

First off, the only thing any message flow sees is what's in the application it's deployed into.
An application is a strict scope.
Everything that is deployed in v8 is deployed within an application.
If you do not deploy your flow as part of a named application, it is instead deployed into the DEFAULT APPLICATION.
So if you have a subflow deployed into the default application, and a message flow deployed into a named application, the message flow is going to use a DIFFERENT COPY of the subflow. And it CANNOT SEE the subflow in the default application.
Start from that understanding, and try your experiments again.
And notice that you can't redeploy your subflow in a named application without redeploying the entire application. |

Thanks for the reply
I too have the same understanding.
But the new feature is misleading my understanding. It says, we can deploy the sub flow separately with out redeploying the application _________________ Best Regards,

I agree. I also can't change it.
But the lab understands this confusion as well. |
