Hi Guys,

I have installed MQ 6.0 trial pack on a windows 2003 server. I was trying to connect it to a Unisys MCP Libra server using the Unisys WebSphere MQ plug-in. I have already created a queue manager and the local queue and error queue on the plug-in.

The MQ queue manager is detecting the plug-in queue manager and says that it is connected but it isnt sending any message when I put them. Could someone tell me if I have to do any other configuration steps or if I have missed anything.

I've never heard of Unisys MCP Libra, so I can't help you there.

Does it give you an error when you try and put something? Or does it just not show up? Does this product have a log file you can look at, that might give you more information? Can you ask it to increase it's log or trace levels or etc. so you might get more information?

Does the queue depth in MQ increase?

The Queue depth in MQ increases.

Both the MCP plug-in and MQ are on the same windows server. But when I send a message from the MQ queue manager, the message is showing up on the same queue manager. It isnt showing up on the plug-in queue manager. I didnt see any change in the queue depth in the plug-in queue.

Let me back-track and see what I am doing is right? Could you tell me how to add a plug-in to MQ? I have done it right but just checking?
