No you must follow the step-by-step installation guide, especially chapter six.

You must prepare the system first, before you install the first file. A common mistake is to install all the files without preparing the system. This results in an improper installation and must remove all the files again.

ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/integration/wbibrokers/docs/V7.0/GA/bh26050_.pdf

Never ever use mqm id as the service id for broker.

Prepare the system as in chapter six. Follow the steps explicitly. Do not skip.

This is the exact procedure of WMB installation on AIX:

ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/integration/wbibrokers/docs/V7.0/GA/bh26050_.pdf

Yes, you can execute commands through Xsession or any client that grants you access to the command line.

As lancelotlink says, the exact procedure for installing broker using a console is here.

If you can not follow the instructions as listed on that page, then you are not qualified to install Broker on AIX, and should insist on assistance from a more senior more qualified person.

Or you should spend a lot of your own time doing practice installs, and taking extensive and complete notes on everything you did, and the exact issues that were encountered. And then start from scratch each time and make sure you get it right.

THEN do an install in a development environment that will be used by other people.
