| Could you please explain me the transaction mode properties of MQ input and Mq output node..I am confusing with this..can anyone help me. |

The settings available are those described by the documentation.
They control how the given point participates or not in a transaction.
If you are still confused, then a transaction is a logical unit of work.
If you don't know what that means, go back to MQ training. |

For most applications, the majority of the time, you will leave Transactionality off. In particular, if you are using the Request-Reply pattern, you must have it off, or your request message will not be sent and the reply will never be received.

The request-reply scenario must be split into two transactions if transactionality is on. Also, some database updates need to be backed out by logic contained in the exception handler of your flow rather than relying on the transaction boundary to do it.
