I need help because I did a stupid thing yesterday

I setup a config mangager on machine of AIX system with username mbadmin, it manager serveral brokers.
so if I implement this command
mqsilistaclentry bkcfgmgr (my config manager name)
mbadmin should have authority 'F'

but yesterday i carry out a stupid command without thought
mqsicreateaclentry bkcfgmgr -u bkcfgmgr -a -x V -p
now i cant deploy any bar on any broker or create or delete EG
How can i slove this problem? I have root id
or should i only to delete config manager and rebuild it?

Leave everything as is. Just add the mqsideleteaclentry for the entry you did yesterday.

how to check a broker's current state of security. Whether it is active or inactive.

id mbadmin is the create broker id, now it has been set to authority V(view)
now this id can not implement mqsideleteaclentry command
