Connectors are running fine but in logs it is showing that connector agent failed to connect MQ and also ICS is running state and all information about connector is given right.

Isn't ICS some Microsoft connection gadget?

Anyway, your question is utterly valid along with the question "what's the WMQ reason code in the logs when it reports failure to connect?".

Other possible questions include but are not limited to:

- What platform?
- What version of WMQ?
- When did this last work?
- What's changed between then and now?
