Please help. I am running WMB 6.1 and MQ 6 and am have project that I am putting together which i am developing on WMB 7.the dead line to go live is too soon and I dont have time to upgrade and do proper testing.My option is to install WMB 7 and MQ 7 on a separate VM on the same blade(same CPU) and do my deployments. I would like to know if does not violates the licencing in any way or if i need to pay more coz rite now im paying for V6.

Only your IBM Sales representative can say for sure.

But your production license is for a part number that is specific to MB v6.0, not 6.1 or 7.
