Where can I find the structure of messages on MQ 7.1 SYSTEM.CHLAUTH.DATA.QUEUE? The structure id is RSXC or RSXB. |

Why do you care? There's documented ways of showing what's encoded there - which will work regardless of any internal changes. |

This is an internal queue. Do not browse, read, alter, delete, modify, get or put messages to it.
The only valid reason for being concerned about what is in that particular internal queue is because you are trying to put the last nail in a PCI compliance coffin.
But trying to read it yourself is entirely the wrong way to do that.
The right way to do that is to get an official answer, by opening a PMR.
