Hi,
When we create a MQ Queue Manager in Unix,AIX there is a concept to configure size for log file (i.e, Circular log or Linear log). The question is, is it possible to configure size for log files (i.e, Circular log or Linear log) for the MQ queue manager in AS400? If it's possible, please provide the details how to configure it..
Appreciate your help.

You have asked two different questions.
Is it possible to create Circular logs? Nope, not possible. The structure of the log is linear, but it is not documented in the documentation as such.
Is it possible to configure size of logs? Yes. Research Journal buffer size (JRNBUFSIZ) in the URL mqjeff posted.
