have any of you hit the following error during the startup of mq explorer

The configuration area at <user folder>/.eclipse/com.ibm.mq.explorer.ui.rcp.rcpApplication_7_1.0.201110191413_1902162988\condiguration' is not writable. Please choose a writable location using the '-configuration' command line option.

Had tried to delete the user's .eclipse folder but it does not work.

the nearest solution i found on the web:

Had edited the config.ini in c:\program files(x86)\ibm\websphere mq\mexplorer\eclipse\configuration to C:\ibm direct but it does not work.

any other solution?
