getting AMQ9520

Hello All,

While taking backup using saveqmgrc utlity for queue manager I am getting mqrc 2539_MQRC_CHANNEL_CONFIG_ERROR and AMQ9520 _channel not defined remotely. error . Can any one suggest me what could be the problem.
