Trying to know if its possible to export the mapping rules defined in Mapping node of a Message flow

There are currently hundreds of rules/connections defined in the Mapping node of a Message flow and Im trying to generate documentation by exporting rules into an excel or some readable text. Something like - having the input field, the output field & the logic defined for the conversion

Running MBv7. I tried using the "generate documentation" feature inside the toolkit but it did NOT produce any documentation to capture rules defined inside the mapping node.

Is there any way to accomplish this task?
Any ideas would be tremendously helpful. Appreciate in advance
