Hi,

- how can we access the contents of the MQRFH header coming with an mqseries message?
- can this header be used to transport general information that cannot be put with message data within the message?

Jack,

Here are your answers.

1) To view the contents of MQRFH header you need to parse the buffer from the mqget to MQRHF header. That way you would be able to check out all the values for the respective fields in there.
2) I dont think you can send any other information/message using MQRFH. But you can sure do that using MQRFH2 header.
