those are the errors in the trace log that is see |

You need to find the rest of them. Or fix your error handling.
You also need to raise a PMR if you require "Immediate Help" - we're not a support desk and don't have an SLA.
As a minimum, getting the MustGather documents together will give you additional insight into what might be going wrong.

I always found Moriarty to be well written, and so not a bad character.

Well yes, but I'd expect there to be a little more detail on what exactly the parser choked on.
Note I am deliberately not rising to the Sherlock Holmes bait. Even though this is an elementary problem.
