is it necessary to know about PCF command ?

or

as a MQ admin should know about that..?

because, somewhat dfficult in those commands.

as a mq admin, you should know about all mq stuff.

Given your previously posted intention to get certification, it's something you should know in case it's asked as a certification quetion.

More generally, as a WMQ admin (and implied center of excellence on WMQ) you'll probably be asked about in one day by someone on your site trying to use them.
