I have set a system with websphere message broker.
When you did this you will have followed best practice and used scripts. Thus you can just run the same scripts again, tweaking as needed for the new environment. This is one of the reasons scripted builds are best practice.

Is there any way to clone(or backup, export) the whole message queue and broker stuffs??
There's a way to export the WMQ stuffs. There's no method I'm aware of to export the WMb stuffs but since you only need half a dozen commands to create a new broker & execution groups it's not onerous.
If you also need to export all the deployed objects from one to the other as well then that's because you've failed to have proper controls on what's being deployed & you're in a trap of your own making. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
