Hi.. We have Broker running on AIX and we are accessing Oracle database (user database). But we are getting exception like the below

BIP2322E: Database error: SQL State '08S01'; Native Error Code '-4'; Error Text '[IBM][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]Connection Dead.'. :

We get this exception but not always. We are using the below versions

MB : 6.1.0.3 and 6.1.0.9 we are using both
Oracle Db : Oracle 11G Release 2

Any idea if we could do any thing from Broker perspective to get this issue resolved. Thanks for your help.

Have you talked to the DBA's? Why does Oracle think the connection is dead?
Is there a firewall timeout between the broker and the DB?
